Mayor’s Question Time in Dec 2014
Bristol’s mayor, George Ferguson, will host his next public question time on Thursday 12 March from 7pm at At Bristol Science Centre, Harbourside.
The event is a regular opportunity for the public to ask questions to Bristol’s elected mayor on any relevant topic. Mayor’s Question Time is free and open to all but booking in advance is required as space is limited.
Those attending the event will be asked to complete a question form on the night and an independent facilitator will choose a broad range of issues to be put to the Mayor, including popular hot topics. Following this session, there will be an open forum for any further issues that haven’t already been covered. The Mayor will not know the questions beforehand.
Doors open at 6pm for a 7pm start. Those wanting to submit questions are recommended to arrive in good time before the 7pm start. The event will end at 8.15pm.
Mayor’s Question Time is part of a range of outreach activities undertaken by the Mayor to engage with and listen to Bristol citizens including regular radio phones–ins, community visits and ASK George webchats.
